These Terms govern use of Slopfactory, an internal video review, scheduling, and publishing tool operated by Deep Circuit.
Authorized Use
Slopfactory is an internal tool. Access is limited to authorized Deep Circuit operators.
Users are responsible for using the tool only for approved publishing workflows and channels operated by Deep Circuit.
Content Rights
Users must have the rights and permissions required to upload any video, audio, image, text, or other content processed through Slopfactory.
Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded content complies with the rules and policies of the platforms where it is published.
YouTube Platform Compliance
Slopfactory uses YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube through Slopfactory is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Slopfactory uses YouTube access only to upload approved videos and related metadata to connected channels.
Service Changes
Deep Circuit may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue Slopfactory at any time.
